Create playbooks and entries

Before you begin

Open the Team Hub’s Playbooks module or your Coach Hub library. Available advanced tools depend on access and subscription.

Steps

1. Choose Playbooks and create a book. Enter its name and description and select its required team unit. Choose a default field template when needed.

2. Open the book and create an entry for the concept you want to teach. Set its available unit and personnel-group details.

3. Add a named variation for each look you need. Open the variation to edit its field diagram.

4. Save and return to the book to verify the entry and variations are in the intended collection.

What to expect

You have a book organized into teachable concepts and variations.

Troubleshooting

Personnel-group choices are limited by the selected unit. If you cannot find a group, check the entry’s unit and Team Structure.

Personnel and formations

In Team Hub, open Playbooks → Personnel or Formations to manage your team library. Import system defaults or create team-specific personnel groups and formations. Each formation belongs to a personnel group.

Use Generate Concept in a book to create a concept from a description or image. Use Generate Variation inside an existing concept to add another variation. You can select personnel and a compatible formation, or let AI choose from the team library.
