Before you begin
You need an existing Formation account and access to its email inbox.
Steps

Open the app account page and select Sign In. The same page also contains Create Account; use Sign In for an existing account.

Enter your email and password, then submit. Complete any outstanding verification or onboarding steps.

If you forgot your password, use the password-reset option from Sign In and submit your account email.

Open the reset link from your inbox, set the new password, and return to Sign In.
What to expect
You return to the hubs available to your account.
Troubleshooting
An invitation does not replace account setup. If you can sign in but cannot see a team, verify the invited email and membership with the team administrator.
