Before you begin
Create coach records and the relevant units and position groups before assigning responsibilities.
Steps

Open Admin → Structure.

Open the coach-management action for the team, unit, or position group you want to staff.

Select an existing coach or use the available create-coach action. Complete the requested title and assignment details.

Save and review the assigned-coach list. Use the removal action when an assignment ends.
What to expect
Your football structure shows the coaches responsible for each level.
Troubleshooting
If a coach is absent from the selection, verify their coach record in this team. Removing a responsibility should not be confused with removing the person’s account access.
