Before you begin
Use an email address you can open. Creating an account does not automatically grant membership in a team or organization.
Steps

Open Formation and choose Create Account on the account page. Enter your email and password and review the terms and privacy information linked in the form.

Submit the form. Open the verification email and follow its link. If you need another email, use the verification screen to request it.

Complete the profile information requested during onboarding. Save your profile, then continue to hub setup.

Choose whether to create or join the organization or team appropriate to your role. Follow the access workflow rather than creating a duplicate team.
What to expect
Your account is verified and your profile is saved. The hubs you can open depend on your memberships and roles.
Troubleshooting
If verification is still required, check that you opened the latest link for the same email address. A signed-in account can still need profile setup or a team invitation before team tools appear.
