Formation Football, LLC provides Formation websites, apps, and related services. This policy describes information handled when you visit our website, create an account, use Formation, or contact us.

An organization using Formation may also have its own privacy notices and responsibilities for information it adds about athletes, staff, families, and other people. Contact that organization about its decisions to collect and share your information.

Account information includes the email address, profile details, sign-in information, and preferences you provide. When you contact us, we receive the contact details, message, and attachments you send.

Depending on the features used, you or your organization may add team and organization details, rosters, invitations, schedules, attendance, player assessments, game statistics, scouting notes, playbooks, financial records, and uploaded files or media. Information about you may be provided by an authorized coach or organization administrator.

Subscription checkout uses Stripe to process payments. Formation receives information needed to manage billing, such as customer and subscription identifiers, selected plans, and payment status. Information entered into Stripe payment fields is processed by Stripe.

Our website uses Google Analytics to understand visits and website use. Analytics can collect information about page views, interactions, browser and device characteristics, and network information. Google Analytics uses cookies or similar technologies.

Formation also uses browser storage and authentication information to maintain access and remember application preferences. Blocking or clearing this information may sign you out or reset preferences. Website analytics settings do not change the information your organization stores in Formation.

Formation processes information to create and manage accounts, provide the workflows you use, connect authorized users with their teams and organizations, process subscriptions, send account and service messages, respond to requests, troubleshoot problems, and protect the service against misuse.

Content is also processed as described in our Terms of Use to host, transmit, display, back up, secure, analyze, support, and improve the service.

Information is available to other Formation users according to the organization, team, role, invitation, and sharing features involved. Consider who has access before adding personal or confidential information to a shared workspace.

Formation uses service providers for functions such as hosting, storage, email delivery, payments, and analytics. These providers process the information needed for the functions they perform. Third-party websites and services have their own privacy practices.

When you choose an AI workflow, the request and relevant content, including attached files or images where applicable, may be sent to the AI services that perform that workflow. Formation stores AI workflow history and results so authorized users can review the work. Avoid submitting information you are not authorized to share.

You can manage the profile details and preferences available in your account. For information maintained by a team or organization, contact its administrator. Access to editing, exporting, or deleting records depends on your role and the feature involved.

To ask about access, correction, deletion, or other privacy choices, contact info@findformation.com. Identify the account or organization involved and describe your request. Do not include passwords or payment card information.

Available rights and the handling of a request depend on applicable law, the information involved, and whether Formation or your organization controls that information. Verification or coordination with your organization may be needed. Removing access to a team does not necessarily remove records maintained by that team.

Formation stores account, organization, content, billing, and workflow records as part of providing the service. Retention and deletion can differ by record type; ask us about the information involved in your request. Copies in backups, shared organization records, or records needed for billing, security, or legal obligations may be handled separately from active account access.

Keep your credentials private and review who has access to your organization and content. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Contact us if you believe your account or information has been accessed without authorization.

Formation is not intended for children under 13 to use directly. Organizations handling information about minors are responsible for obtaining the required parent, guardian, school, league, or organizational permissions before entering or sharing that information, as described in our Terms of Use.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided information directly to Formation without appropriate authorization, contact us with the relevant details so the issue can be reviewed.
