Your account must have an accepted membership or approved role for a connection to appear.
Steps

Open Coach Hub → Connections.

Review the organizations and teams associated with your account.

Choose the connection you want to work in to open its hub.

Use the add-role flow when you need to create or join another context.
What to expect
Your personal connections provide a starting point for moving between programs without combining their data.
Troubleshooting
A missing connection usually means the invitation or approval is incomplete, or that you are signed in with a different email.
